SIGNATURE SPICE: Kusha Spices Pav Bhaji Masala Powder contains the rare and expensive Original Kerala cinnamon as its signature spice.
INGREDIENTS: Asafoetida, Black cardamom, Black pepper, Cloves, Coriander Seeds, Cumin seeds, Dry ginger powder, Dry mango powder [Amchur], Fennel seeds, Green cardamom, Original Kerala cinnamon, Original Indian bay leaf, Red chillies, Salt, Star Anise, Turmeric.
RECIPE: Heat some oil in a pan along with a cube of butter. Add Onion. Sauté till golden brown. Add Ginger-garlic paste. Then add Green peas, chopped Coriander, Potatoes, Cauliflower. Sprinkle some Salt, Red chilli powder and finally Kusha Spices Pav Bhaji Masala Powder. Mix and mash well. Add the Tomato puree to it. Finally add some butter. For Pav, spread some butter over the pav. Sprinkle Kusha Spices Pav Bhaji Masala Powder over it. Toast it on the pan for a while, till it becomes golden brown.
